Senior AEM / EDS Developer

Eligibility requirements: Must reside in the United States or Canada, and must hold valid work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, or Canadian Citizenship / Permanent Residency)

As a senior-level AEM backend specialist, you’ll be driven by curiosity and a desire to explore new possibilities in digital development. With several years of hands-on experience behind you, you bring both technical depth and a forward-thinking mindset to everything you build.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, experimenting with new approaches, and working closely with others to create meaningful solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong background leading AEM development initiatives in a technical capacity
• Experience working with Java-based backend systems, including frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Hands-on involvement with AEM authoring tools (e.g. Document Authoring or Universal Editor)
• Familiarity with Edge Delivery Services and modern AEM asset capabilities
• Solid understanding of content structures, including Content Fragments and Experience Fragments (GraphQL exposure is beneficial)
• Experience developing Sling Servlets and OSGi services, along with content import processes
• Working knowledge of AEM asset management and workflows
• Comfortable integrating and consuming external APIs
• Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service and deployment tooling such as Cloud Manager
• Understanding of access control, permissions, and ACL configurations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience implementing both backend and frontend unit testing
• Confidence using Git and modern development practices
