An opportunity is available for an experienced CMS Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern content platforms within a large-scale digital environment. The role will focus on defining scalable architecture, improving content operations, and supporting the delivery of high-performing digital experiences across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee scalable content platform architectures using modern headless CMS technologies
- Create structured content models, taxonomy frameworks, localization approaches, and editorial workflows
- Define scalable environment and workspace strategies for enterprise content management
- Support integration efforts between CMS platforms, frontend applications, and connected enterprise systems
- Establish standards for API usage and content delivery across distributed applications
- Improve platform performance through caching, optimization, and delivery best practices
- Provide architectural governance, technical oversight, and engineering guidance across delivery teams
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support development teams throughout implementation and release cycles
- Lead planning and execution for large-scale content migration initiatives
- Encourage the use of automation and AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency and quality
Required Experience
Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and enterprise digital platforms
- Strong background working with headless CMS and composable architecture patterns
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and API-driven development
- Deep understanding of scalable content structures and reusable component-based content design
- Experience designing performant API integrations and content delivery strategies
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS ecosystems, content operations, and governance models
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Understanding of search, personalization, and digital experience optimization
- Knowledge of CDN usage, caching approaches, and frontend performance best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
