We are looking for a meticulous AEM QC Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality Adobe Experience Manager solutions. This role focuses on validating functionality, performance, and reliability across AEM implementations, working closely with development, architecture, and wider delivery teams to ensure release quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases across AEM Sites and/or Assets
  • Carry out functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Validate AEM components, templates, workflows, and content rendering outputs
  • Test solutions deployed within AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments
  • Log, track, and manage defects using standard test and issue tracking tools
  • Work with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve issues
  • Validate integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud tools and external systems
  • Perform testing across multiple browsers, devices, and responsive breakpoints
  • Contribute to test automation initiatives and framework development where applicable

Skills & Experience

  • Proven background as a QA/QC Analyst within AEM-based projects
  • Strong understanding of AEM Sites and/or Assets functionality
  • Experience using manual and/or automation testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for validation purposes
  • Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting ability

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service migrations or implementations
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g. Analytics, Target)
  • Basic API knowledge and experience with integration testing
  • Awareness of performance or security testing approaches
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification
