The Product Manager – Content Supply Chain (Workflows & Operations) is responsible for executing and optimizing enterprise-scale content workflows that enable content creation, review, approval, and distribution.

Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, this role partners closely with the AEM Platform Product Manager, as well as MarTech Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Creative, Technology, Operations, and external vendors to deliver a cohesive and scalable content supply chain ecosystem.

This role focuses on translating approved platform strategies and capabilities into effective, end-to-end workflow execution across platforms including Workfront, App Builder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and adjacent content and digital asset capabilities (e.g., Content Hub experience, custom application integrations). The role ensures platforms are used together effectively to support consistent, well-orchestrated content workflows.

The ideal candidate brings experience executing cross-platform workflows within complex enterprise environments, translating business needs into durable product capabilities, and driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & End-to-End Delivery

  • Own execution of Content Supply Chain workflows and enhancements from intake through production release and adoption.
  • Partner with MarTech Strategy & Operations to support triage, prioritization of incoming requests, impact assessments, and recommended next steps.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a transparent, well-organized product backlog aligned to enterprise and product priorities.
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to define solutions, estimate effort, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as a central coordination point between Marketing Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Creative Operations, Legal, Partners, and other business stakeholders.
  • Communicate platform updates, timelines, risks, and decisions clearly and consistently.
  • Provide training materials, documentation, and support for teams adopting capabilities.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure platform capabilities support shared goals and operating models.

Platform & Content Supply Chain Enablement

  • Execute, scale, and optimize end-to-end content workflows, supporting efficient creation, review, approval, and delivery in alignment with platform capabilities and roadmap.
  • Coordinate platform integrations and automation across the content ecosystem, including Workfront Fusion, AEM, purpose-built applications, DAM/Content Hub, collaboration tools, and data platforms.
  • Ensure workflows and handoffs across platforms are aligned and function cohesively to enable speed, quality, and scalability.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive platform adoption and change management through documentation, training materials, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption; identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager supporting content or marketing platforms, with the ability to lead workstreams autonomously.
  • Experience with MarTech solutions such as Workfront, App Builder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Brand Portal, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience owning content supply chain capabilities, including intake, prioritization, workflow design, and end-to-end execution.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflow design, automation, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to prioritise requests based on business impact, urgency, and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong product management, documentation, and organisational skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Workfront).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe platforms (Workfront, Fusion, AEM, Content Hub, Express, AJO) is a plus.
  • Exposure to marketing operations, digital marketing, or creative operations management.
  • Experience in multi-tenant or enterprise-scale workflow environments with complex user groups and permission models.
  • Exposure to platform integrations and automation, including APIs and cross-system dependencies.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled capabilities in content or marketing workflows, such as generative content tools, automation, metadata enrichment, or workflow optimisation.

Key Success Factors

  • Consistently delivers scalable, reliable content supply chain platform capabilities aligned to enterprise business needs.
  • Translates business requirements into efficient workflows, integrations, and automations with clear documentation.
  • Demonstrates strong execution ownership, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term workflow quality, scalability, and roadmap alignment.
  • Builds strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution.
  • Operates comfortably with moderate oversight, driving work forward, making sound prioritisation decisions, and solving problems effectively.
