Principal Solution Architect - Omnichannel

We’re looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with deep experience in Marketing Technology to join our growing B2C architecture team.

If you thrive on leading complex initiatives, driving omnichannel transformation, and shaping meaningful customer experiences, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with top-tier product and engineering leads and be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration and a strong culture.

What you’ll do:

• Lead design and implementation of MarTech solutions across the enterprise.
• Shape the architecture for omnichannel customer experiences, driving measurable impact across channels.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Champion best practices for AI/ML-driven personalization and large-scale system integration.

What we’re looking for:

Beyond the usual solution architect qualifications, we’re seeking experience in:

• AI/ML-driven personalization to enhance customer engagement.
• Large-scale MarTech stack integration, preferably with Adobe AEP (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO) and Adobe Target.
• Salesforce integrations (retail and marketing modules).
• Demonstrated experience designing omnichannel marketing and customer journeys.
