We are looking for a MarTech Product Manager to own and evolve Adobe Experience Cloud audience management, customer data and journey orchestration capabilities across a complex, multi-team marketing environment.

This role will lead the adoption, enablement, governance and ongoing optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will ensure these platforms are configured and used effectively to support audience activation, personalisation, customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong product management skills with practical, hands-on expertise across AEP, RTCDP and AJO. They will act as a trusted advisor and platform expert for marketing teams, helping users build audiences and journeys, activate customer segments, execute campaigns and embed best practices that deliver measurable outcomes.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, technical platform knowledge, stakeholder management and a genuine interest in helping marketers get the most from their technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, backlog and delivery cycles for AEP, RTCDP and AJO, ensuring alignment with wider marketing and customer engagement objectives.
  • Drive adoption, enablement and value realisation of Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities across multiple teams, markets or business units.
  • Partner with marketing, CRM and MarTech stakeholders to understand business needs, identify use cases and translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for AEP, RTCDP and AJO, providing practical guidance, consultation and ongoing support to platform users.
  • Support marketers hands-on with audience creation, segment activation, customer journey development, troubleshooting and implementation of best practices.
  • Lead onboarding, training and enablement programmes, ensuring users can confidently build, manage, activate and optimise audiences and customer journeys.
  • Deliver office hours, workshops, product demonstrations and training sessions to improve user proficiency and platform adoption.
  • Lead schema planning and ongoing evolution in partnership with Data & Analytics and downstream activation teams.
  • Define and manage scalable RTCDP audience strategies to support segmentation, activation, personalisation, suppression, measurement and customer engagement use cases.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop and activate audiences through RTCDP destinations and relevant downstream channels.
  • Identify opportunities for customer journey orchestration and translate business objectives into scalable AJO use cases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, CRM, Customer Journey, Data and agency teams to develop effective marketing programmes and activation strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) stakeholders and other platform owners to ensure audience readiness, measurement capability and alignment across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure effective data ingestion, identity resolution, profile governance, data quality and ongoing platform reliability.
  • Establish governance standards covering schemas, audiences, journeys, naming conventions, consent management, destination management and platform administration.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for audience creation, profile management, identity stitching, journey design, activation workflows and destination governance.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, playbooks and knowledge-sharing resources that enable teams to become increasingly self-sufficient.
  • Facilitate regular feedback loops with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and continuously improve the platform experience.
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption metrics and usage trends, using insight to increase engagement, improve capability and support long-term platform maturity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in product management, marketing technology, customer data platforms, marketing automation or related digital marketing technologies.
  • 3+ years’ direct experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including journey creation, audience activation, campaign orchestration and platform administration.
  • Demonstrable experience building, managing and activating audiences within RTCDP.
  • Hands-on experience with profile management, audience creation, destination activation, identity resolution, profile unification and customer data governance.
  • Experience working directly within AEP, RTCDP and AJO to support marketing teams with segmentation, activation, journey execution and optimisation.
  • Proven ability to act as a trainer, advisor and subject matter expert for marketing users of Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Experience delivering workshops, office hours, product demonstrations and structured enablement programmes for business stakeholders.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AEP schema design, profile management, segmentation strategy and activation workflows.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation, audience activation, identity resolution and omnichannel journey orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity graphs, profile unification, consent management and marketing use-case deployment within Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, requirements intake, prioritisation and backlog grooming.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across technical, operational and marketing teams to deliver customer engagement solutions.
  • Confidence demonstrating platform capabilities live, troubleshooting user issues and enabling marketers to work independently within the platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe certifications across AEP, RTCDP, AJO or other Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Experience working in a federated, matrixed or multi-stakeholder enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting decentralised marketing teams through technology adoption, training and change-management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM, loyalty and broader customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Experience measuring and improving platform adoption and utilisation across multiple teams, markets or business units.
