Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid) - Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 2–3 days per week, with the remainder of the time remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target, including both A/B and multivariate testing.
- Create and implement tailored digital experiences through audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Work with broader Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Adobe Launch (Tags) to enable integrated optimization solutions.
- Partner with product owners, marketers, analysts, and developers to develop test hypotheses and define measurable optimization objectives.
- Build and deploy front-end test experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Evaluate experiment outcomes, translating data into clear recommendations and performance insights.
- Maintain accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting across digital properties.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with Adobe Target implementations.
- Keep up to date with new Adobe Target features and identify opportunities to apply them to improve digital experiences.
Qualifications
Experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development, experimentation, or digital optimization.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Target, including Visual Experience Composer (VEC), form-based activities, and API-driven implementations.
- Experience delivering solutions within B2B, B2C, or eCommerce environments, ideally within complex enterprise organisations.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, with additional experience in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Practical experience implementing Adobe Target using AT.js, Adobe Launch, Web SDK, and server-side integration methods.
- Familiarity with integrations across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Solid understanding of HTML DOM manipulation, browser-based scripting, and debugging using developer tools.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Additional Skills
- Experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to enable real-time personalization and coordinated customer experiences.
- Awareness of global data protection and privacy standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating independently while also facilitating technical discussions and solution design.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
- Adobe certification in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK.
