Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) Architect

About the Role:

• Lead the solution design and architecture of Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
• Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements, connecting stakeholders with development teams.
• Provide best-practice guidance on data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams, delivering projects in both English and Italian.
• Serve as a trusted advisor between business (marketing) teams and technology partners—clarifying limitations, challenging technical assumptions, and advocating for business priorities.

Your Experience:

• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
• In-depth understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer architecture and capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex corporate ecosystems.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Solid grasp of customer data strategies and data governance principles.
• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Analytics, Target, or Campaign.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data architecture.
• Background in consulting or multinational environments preferred.
