We are seeking a Senior Account Director to drive commercial growth for enterprise digital transformation services centred on solutions from Adobe Inc. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on building pipeline, developing strategic client relationships, and accelerating market traction in the areas of:
- Content transformation
- Customer data & activation
- Customer journey optimisation
The role is designed for a commercially driven professional with deep experience in IT or Martech services sales and a proven ability to open doors in enterprise accounts. You will work closely with international teams and subject-matter experts to shape and deliver value propositions that resonate with German clients.
What you’ll do
Pipeline & Commercial Growth
- Build and qualify a robust pipeline of opportunities for digital transformation and Adobe-related services.
- Identify and engage target enterprise accounts with high growth potential.
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with service capabilities and market priorities.
- Drive opportunities across content, data, and customer journeys, expanding into broader transformation programs.
Client Leadership
- Own the sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure.
- Engage senior stakeholders in marketing, digital, data, and technology functions.
- Translate client challenges into commercially viable service solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and maintain high-quality pipeline governance.
Market & Ecosystem Positioning
- Position the business as a trusted transformation partner.
- Leverage ecosystem knowledge and relationships to unlock high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to enable co-selling and joint success.
Global & Local Collaboration
- Work within a global organisation to leverage shared capabilities.
- Bridge local market needs with international delivery and expertise.
- Contribute market insights to shape strategy and capability development.
What you bring
Must-have experience
- Extensive B2B sales or business development experience in IT services, digital, or Martech.
- Proven track record of building pipelines and closing complex service deals.
- Experience in enterprise, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and Martech landscapes.
- Ability to work in an international, collaborative environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Highly valued
- Experience within the Adobe ecosystem or similar digital transformation environments.
- Knowledge of solutions such as customer experience platforms, data activation, or journey orchestration.
- Experience in the German market and enterprise account networks.
- German language proficiency (strongly preferred).
