Adobe Workfront Consultant

‍Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant to support a major transformation programme for a leading bank. You’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising Adobe Workfront across large, cross-functional teams, helping modernise planning, governance, and delivery processes at enterprise scale.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract where you’ll operate as the Workfront SME, owning configuration decisions and shaping best-practice solutions. You’ll work within an Agile squad alongside product, delivery, and business stakeholders.

There is a confirmed pipeline of work throughout 2026, offering strong continuity and extension potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Workfront implementations and enhancements
• Configure portfolios, programs, projects, templates, layouts, reports, dashboards, and custom forms
• Own solution design and technical setup from discovery through go-live

Process & Workflow Optimisation

• Run discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Analyse existing workflows and translate requirements into scalable Workfront solutions
• Improve governance, automation, and reporting capability

Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the Workfront SME across business and delivery teams
• Provide pragmatic, outcome-focused recommendations
• Design reporting frameworks and performance dashboards for leadership

Enablement

• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams
• Produce clear documentation to ensure sustainable adoption

Squad Collaboration

• Work alongside product, delivery, and client stakeholders in an Agile squad environment
• Contribute to sprint planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience delivering Adobe Workfront implementations in a consulting or contract capacity
• Strong hands-on configuration experience (reports, dashboards, forms, templates, layouts)
• Proven ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Comfortable working independently and owning delivery outcomes
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English
