Overview

A global digital consultancy is looking for an Adobe Experience Cloud Architect to strengthen its European Adobe practice. This position will play a key role in shaping solutions built around Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer, while contributing to large-scale digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness - supporting proposals, running client workshops, and delivering best-in-class architecture. The role offers a clear path toward a full end-to-end Adobe Architecture position, covering solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and implement technical architectures for AEP, RTCDP, and AJO solutions.
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to define approaches, build proposals, and lead client-facing presentations.
  • Deliver demos and proofs of concept aligned with client goals and technical requirements.
  • Provide senior-level technical input across project lifecycles — from discovery to delivery.
  • Contribute to frameworks, standards, and reusable assets that enhance Adobe project delivery.
  • Develop expertise in Adobe Experience Manager to enable cross-platform solution design.
  • Help upskill internal teams through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Around 7–8 years of experience in marketing technology or digital architecture roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform — ideally Real-Time CDP and/or Journey Optimizer.
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or a strong interest in expanding into that area.
  • Confident working with APIs, integrations, and cloud data pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish; Italian is a bonus.
  • Adobe certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Why Apply?

  • Competitive compensation: up to €70,000 base salary plus a €15,000 performance bonus.
  • Exposure to international projects across Europe and LATAM.
  • Ongoing access to Adobe training, certifications, and professional growth.
  • Collaborative and diverse culture working with well-known brands and complex digital ecosystems.
  • Opportunity to evolve into a multi-solution Adobe Architect shaping next-generation customer experiences.
