We're partnering with a global leader in the entertainment industry to hire a Senior Director of Data Infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology and data foundations behind a world-class direct-to-consumer marketing function.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data and technology, leading the infrastructure that enables customer data to move seamlessly across CRM, commerce, analytics and audience platforms. You'll be responsible for ensuring marketing teams have reliable, scalable and actionable data to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and evolve the customer data infrastructure supporting direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Own the architecture and integrations across CRM, CDP, commerce and marketing platforms.
  • Lead customer data governance, quality and operational best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering and technology teams to bridge business objectives with technical delivery.
  • Oversee data movement through APIs, audience synchronisation and automation workflows.
  • Lead a small, high-performing team while collaborating with global stakeholders to improve marketing operations and audience activation.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years' experience in Marketing Technology, CRM, Customer Data or Marketing Operations leadership.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between marketing and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM ecosystems and marketing infrastructure.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Analytics or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON and customer data architecture.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex consumer or digital businesses.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, consent management and first-party data strategies.

Nice to have

Experience within music, media, gaming, live entertainment or other consumer-focused digital businesses would be highly advantageous.
