We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with deep expertise across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the wider Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) ecosystem.
This is a highly strategic, client-facing role combining consulting, solution architecture, technical leadership and pre-sales. You'll partner with enterprise organisations to shape digital transformation strategies, design scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, and provide guidance throughout the full project lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through to successful delivery.
You'll be equally comfortable engaging senior business stakeholders, leading workshops, supporting sales engagements and working alongside technical delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and consulting engagements to understand business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
- Design scalable end-to-end solutions across Adobe Experience Platform and the wider Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on customer experience, personalisation and digital transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, proposal development and solution estimation.
- Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to shape winning solutions and support new opportunities.
- Provide architectural leadership throughout project delivery, ensuring solutions align with best practices and business objectives.
- Work closely with architects, developers and consultants to deliver high-quality Adobe implementations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Adobe best practices, reusable assets and internal capability development.
- Stay current with emerging Adobe technologies, AI capabilities and MarTech trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the wider Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
- Strong background in solution architecture, enterprise integration and Adobe solution design.
- Experience leading architecture and solution design for large-scale customer experience programmes.
- Proven pre-sales experience, including workshops, client presentations, solution shaping and proposal support.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent understanding of customer data architecture, integrations, APIs and enterprise solution design.
- Experience working within a consulting, digital agency or professional services environment.
