About the role
We’re looking for a mid-level PXM / PIM Functional Consultant who is passionate about experience-led commerce and product data. This role is well suited to someone with 4–5 years of experience who enjoys solving complex business problems, working closely with both technical teams and stakeholders, and turning requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
You’ll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology; helping organizations improve how product information and experiences are structured, governed, and delivered.

What you’ll be doing
As a PXM Functional Consultant, you will:
- Partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into effective data models
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops with client stakeholders
- Produce clear, structured deliverables including:
- Process maps
- Business requirements
- User stories
- Decision logs
- Support clients through discovery, alignment, and solution definition phases
- Work closely with teams across Canada, the US, and international regions
Must-have qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in eCommerce, retail, or apparel merchandising, particularly within seasonality-driven businesses
- Experience across product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and data modelling involving PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM platforms
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and align cross-functional teams on business definitions and requirements
- Solid understanding of data governance, especially around product and seasonal attributes
- InRiver certification or hands-on project experience with InRiver
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in client-facing roles
