Key Responsibilities

  • Audience Strategy & Execution – Lead the end-to-end process of audience creation, from defining use cases through to activation across relevant channels.
  • CDP Expertise – Utilise Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to manage profiles, identities, and the identity graph, ensuring accurate and unified customer views.
  • Data Ingestion & Activation – Oversee and optimise ingestion pipelines (Edge, Streaming, Batch) to ensure timely and accurate data availability for segmentation.
  • Segmentation & Evaluation – Design, build, and assess audience segments aligned to business objectives, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Channel Activation – Partner with channel owners to optimise audience matching, reach, and activation strategies across email, paid media, onsite personalisation, and other channels.
  • SDK Event Utilisation – Define best practices for SDK event capture and usage to enrich profiles and enable deeper personalisation.
  • Tag Management & Launch – Manage and refine Adobe Launch properties and tag configurations to ensure accurate data collection, correct SDK event firing, and seamless integration with AEP.
  • MarTech Architecture – Contribute to the design and ongoing development of the marketing technology stack, ensuring scalability and effective integration.
  • Governance & Best Practice – Drive audience governance, data compliance (including GDPR), and platform best practices.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, ideally Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Deep understanding of profiles, identities, and identity graphs.
  • Proven experience with data ingestion methods (Edge, Streaming, Batch) and activation pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of segmentation and performance optimisation.
  • Broad channel expertise to maximise matching, reach, and activation effectiveness.
  • Strong grasp of SDK events and their role in profile enrichment and activation.
  • Experience with schema design and dataset management in AEP or similar CDPs.
  • Good overall MarTech and architecture knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desirable:

  • Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform or similar certification.
  • Experience in large-scale data-driven marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
