We’re looking for an Adobe Experience Platform Architect with hands-on expertise in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the architecture and governance of AEP but has worked directly with the latest versions of CJA to design, implement, and optimise data-driven customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the design and implementation of solutions across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with a strong focus on Customer Journey Analytics.
- Architecting and deploying CJA workspaces, datasets, and connections using the latest features, including Advanced Calculated Metrics, Flow Visualisations, Cross-Channel Stitching, and Federated Data Access (FDA).
- Ensuring data governance, schema design, and integrations align with best practices in AEP Data Collection, Real-Time CDP, and Web SDKs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable CJA insights and architectures.
- Staying ahead of the curve with Adobe’s newest tools and innovations, ensuring our clients leverage cutting-edge reporting and analytics capabilities.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an AEP Architect, with a strong portfolio of work in CJA implementations.
- Expertise in AEP’s latest releases, particularly:
- Customer Journey Analytics (including Data Views, Quick Insights, and Workspace Enhancements).
- Real-Time Customer Profile and Edge Network integrations.
- Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.
- A deep understanding of identity resolution, schema/XDM design, and cross-channel data stitching.
- Strong communication skills – able to bridge technical architecture with business strategy.
