Overview

A leading global digital consultancy is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to join its Enterprise Architecture function. This is a hands-on technical role focused on delivering a large-scale Adobe Experience Platform implementation within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the MarTech ecosystem - ideally working with Adobe or Salesforce technologies - and be confident designing and validating high-performing AEP solutions, including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and Journey Optimizer (AJO). This is a pure delivery role (not pre-sales), ideal for a technically driven architect who thrives in complex data and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full technical and functional design of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.
  • Oversee architecture validation and optimisation across RTCDP and AJO to meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Design and manage workflows for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise performance in large-scale, integrated MarTech environments.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for AEP, guiding developers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define best practices, documentation, and standards that strengthen enterprise-level Adobe delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Around 7–8 years of experience in technical or solution architecture roles within the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Minimum 6 months of practical, hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including RTCDP and AJO.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, identity stitching, profile schema design, and real-time data orchestration.
  • Proven ability to architect and validate large-scale digital marketing or data platform solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with experience working under tight delivery conditions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Adobe certifications (AEP, RTCDP, AJO) are a strong advantage.

Why Apply?

  • Competitive salary: up to €65,000 base + €5,000 bonus.
  • Opportunity to lead a major Adobe Experience Platform project within a global enterprise setting.
  • Be part of a high-performing architecture team driving digital innovation across multiple regions.
  • Access to continuous training, certification, and professional growth in Adobe technologies.
  • Chance to influence one of the most advanced AEP implementations in Europe.
