We’re seeking a senior AEM Technical Product / Program Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. This role combines strong technical depth with hands-on program leadership and close partnership with business stakeholders.
You’ll own mission-critical digital platforms used globally, help guide engineering teams, and act as the escalation point for delivery, production issues, and roadmap execution.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise Adobe platforms, with a strong focus on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including AEM Forms.
- Lead and support frontend and backend engineering teams, helping guide technical delivery and execution
- Run the Help / Service Desk function and act as Triage Lead for bugs, incidents, and prioritization
- Translate technical delivery into clear, actionable business updates, risks, and reporting
- Drive platform modernization across AEMaaCS, Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, and Jira
- Integrate AI and agentic AI into AEM workflows to improve efficiency and scale
- Lead localization and translation initiatives across multiple global markets
- Support evaluation and selection of MarTech tools, including push and in-app messaging platforms
- Define and guide segmentation, event modelling, identity, and journey orchestration practices
- Partner closely with engineering, data, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable platforms
Requirements
- Senior experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ideally AEMaaCS
- Experience with AEM Forms
- Exposure to both frontend and backend delivery and team leadership
- Experience running production platforms, including incident management and triage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business and executive stakeholders
- Experience delivering large-scale digital, MarTech, or experience platforms

- Experience integrating AI or automation into content or marketing workflows
- Background in global localization and multi-region rollouts
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
