As a Senior Solution Architect, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering client solutions, working closely with project teams to design, implement, and guide technical strategies. You’ll collaborate with experts across disciplines, lead streams of work, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Responsibilities
- Lead and guide teams in AEM development, deployment, and integration across frontend and backend.
- Estimate Epics and Stories, identify dependencies and risks.
- Design and deliver enterprise solutions considering development costs, security, performance, and operations.
- Apply cloud design patterns and implement best practices, while suggesting improvements.
- Make competitive and innovative technical decisions.
- Analyze and solve diverse business and technical challenges.
- Act as a sales engineer - assess client needs, propose solutions, estimates, and alternatives.
- Provide effort estimates and solution approaches for sales opportunities.
- Present solutions and options to client stakeholders.
- Oversee development processes, solution design, and build implementation for on-budget, on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Manage client communications, expectations, and scope.
- Participate in requirements analysis, documentation, and development of acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a senior consultant in your areas of domain expertise, contributing to industry thought leadership.
- Collaborate with project and account managers on project plans and timelines.
- Influence development methodology and act as a technical leader within the team.
- Support delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and team well-being.
- Mentor and coach Leads and Senior Developers.
- Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Expertise in technical architecture.
- SME-level knowledge in Cloud Native & Headless Architecture for designing and deploying applications.
- SME-level knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) as a Cloud Service and modern AEM architecture.
- Ability to sell technical concepts and demonstrate team capabilities to stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing experience: communication, documentation, and facilitation.
- Experience with integration of CRM, Commerce, and other DXP products.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Consultancy experience and ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously.
- Active Adobe certifications.
- Exposure to projects and/or learnings in EDS/Franklin.
- Knowledge of agile principles (Scrum, backlog management, etc.)
- Application lifecycle management / DevOps
- Familiarity with ALM tools (Jira, TeamCity, TFS, Git, etc.)
- Familiarity with TOGAF or other architectural frameworks
- Experience integrating leading ERPs with commerce platforms (SAP, D365, NetSuite, etc.)
- Experience with middleware/iPaaS solutions (Jitterbit, Boomi, Celigo, etc.)
