Overview
We are seeking AI Engagement Managers to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives leveraging Adobe’s generative AI technologies. In this role, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients to accelerate adoption and unlock the full value of Adobe's solutions across Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud.
While the team provides deep product and technical expertise, these roles focus on strategic consulting - helping enterprise clients identify high-impact use cases, build transformation roadmaps, and drive real business outcomes through AI-powered capabilities.
You’ll be embedded within customer environments, collaborating closely with Adobe’s sales and solutions teams while acting as a critical bridge between cutting-edge Adobe technologies and real-world business needs. This is an opportunity to influence some of the world’s most well-known brands in their journey to innovate creative workflows, marketing operations, and content production using AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients on how to adopt and scale Adobe’s generative AI capabilities
- Identify, prioritize, and document impactful business use cases across departments and business functions
- Design transformation roadmaps that align Adobe technology with business outcomes
- Act as a product owner and client consultant, balancing strategy, execution, and change management
- Partner with internal teams and third-party implementation partners to drive successful solution deployment and user adoption
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business outcomes for executive stakeholders
- Help scale emerging generative AI offerings from concept to production environments
- Quantify and communicate ROI and business impact of Adobe AI solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-16+ years of experience in digital strategy, business consulting, creative operations, or enterprise software implementation
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong background in marketing technologies, cloud solutions, AI/ML deployment, and agile product development
- Demonstrated expertise in creative operations and content supply chain optimization
- Passion for generative AI and an understanding of Adobe’s Creative Cloud, Firefly, Firefly Services, and GenStudio solutions
- Effective at balancing hands-on product ownership with high-level strategy and stakeholder alignment
- Start-up mindset - thrives in ambiguity, drives innovation, and adapts as go-to-market strategies evolve
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to foster a culture of customer-centricity
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Firefly, GenStudio, and content marketing platforms
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront, Jira, Miro, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in measuring and communicating business impact
- Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, especially when engaging with executive-level clients
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work across internal and external teams
