Your Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate digital initiatives from concept to delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.
- Ensure high-quality execution within budget and deadlines while maintaining strong alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain structure and transparency through effective workflows, scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
Website Management
- Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of multilingual websites, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate, engaging, and high-performing content.
- Drive organic growth through effective SEO and CRO strategies.
- Coordinate web campaigns and content updates in alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Monitor website performance across devices and markets, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in digital project management, website management, or similar roles.
- Web Expertise: Strong understanding of web architecture, UX, analytics, and testing processes.
- AEM Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components and content fragments across CMS stages.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Content & Strategy: Proven experience in content publishing and web strategy within AEM environments.
- Analytics: Proficient in Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Contentsquare.
- SXO Knowledge: Demonstrated success in improving SEO performance, site speed, and conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing: Familiar with digital campaign workflows, channels, and terminology.
- Collaboration: A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams spanning design, development, and content.
- Industry Awareness: An understanding of automotive or similar sectors to inform content and engagement strategies.
