We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AEP Solutions Consultant to join our Americas team. This is a strategic and technical role at the intersection of marketing technology and customer experience. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, with a particular focus on Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) implementations, helping clients unlock real-time, personalized customer experiences across touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical delivery experience - including senior developer-level hands-on Adobe work and some exposure to architecture - who is ready to grow into a full architect role. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, translating marketing objectives into actionable AEP solutions while ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and measurable results.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver scalable AEP solutions with a strong emphasis on RT-CDP, enabling real-time segmentation, orchestration, and personalization.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand customer behaviors, journeys, and engagement patterns, translating insights into actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Support clients in defining and implementing AEP strategies that impact acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth, while clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing best practices in AEP implementation, data modeling, and campaign orchestration.
- Drive technical delivery end-to-end, ensuring high-quality outputs, adherence to timelines, and alignment with scope and budget.
- Stay current with evolving AEP capabilities and MarTech trends to help clients maintain a competitive edge in real-time customer engagement.
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and analytics teams to ensure technical execution aligns with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology implementations, with strong hands-on expertise in RT-CDP and related tools (AEP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics).
- Solid experience in Adobe / MarTech with some exposure to architecture, ready to grow into a full AEP architect role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics and how to architect solutions that influence outcomes such as ROI, CLTV, churn, and campaign lift.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, with excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Experience with data, segmentation, identity resolution, consent management, and journey building & personalization within AEP.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with clients in media, entertainment, or customer engagement-focused industries.
- Familiarity with event-driven personalization, omnichannel orchestration, and real-time engagement strategies.
- Integration experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party data sources to enrich customer profiles.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, journey mapping, and how AEP can be leveraged to optimize end-to-end customer experiences.
