AEM Developer

This role focuses on the development and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions, supporting the creation of scalable, high-quality digital experiences across modern content platforms. You will work collaboratively with architects, designers, and technical teams to build and enhance AEM-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows
• Build and support AEM Sites and/or Assets implementations
• Work within AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments
• Collaborate on technical design with architects and senior engineers
• Integrate AEM with external systems and Adobe Experience Cloud tools
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
• Support deployments, debugging, and performance optimisation
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes

Skills & Experience

• Experience with AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service
• Strong Java development background
• Knowledge of Sling, OSGi, and JCR
• Proficiency in HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building AEM components, templates, and dialogs
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of Git and CI/CD workflows

Desirable

• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Analytics, Target, etc.)
• Experience with headless CMS and frontend frameworks (React or Angular)
• Adobe AEM Developer certification
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
