We're looking for an experienced Adobe Multi Solution Architect to join a growing CX practice.
This is a consultative, client-facing architecture role, ideal for someone who has spent several years working within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and enjoys helping enterprise organisations navigate complex digital transformation programmes.
This is not a hands-on technical architecture position. Instead, we're looking for someone who can engage with executive stakeholders, understand business objectives, lead discovery workshops, and design customer experience solutions that maximise the value of Adobe Experience Cloud.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through transformation initiatives, helping shape technology roadmaps, and ensuring Adobe solutions align with both business and customer experience goals.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients throughout their Adobe Experience Cloud transformation journey.
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture engagements to understand business challenges and define solution strategies.
- Design enterprise-wide omnichannel customer experience solutions across digital and offline channels.
- Develop solution blueprints and transformation roadmaps that align technology with business objectives.
- Guide clients on Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, best practices, governance, and future product adoption.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and technical architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Shape customer engagement strategies spanning acquisition, personalisation, loyalty, and customer lifecycle management.
- Provide strategic architectural leadership across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products rather than focusing on a single platform.
- Stay current with Adobe's latest product innovations and advise clients on how emerging capabilities can support their digital strategy.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a strong consulting background who can confidently engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Several years of experience delivering solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- A proven track record of leading enterprise digital transformation programmes within a consultancy, systems integrator, or Adobe partner environment.
- Extensive experience designing omnichannel customer experience strategies across marketing, commerce, content, and customer data.
- Strong client-facing consulting skills, with experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and presenting solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- The ability to translate business challenges into scalable Adobe solution architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging everyone from marketing teams to executive leadership.

Nice to have
- Experience working for an Adobe consultancy, Adobe Platinum Partner, global systems integrator, or digital transformation consultancy.
- Adobe certifications across multiple Experience Cloud solutions.
- Experience advising enterprise clients on Adobe roadmap planning and platform adoption.
- Knowledge of integrating Adobe Experience Cloud with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, commerce platforms, CDPs, and modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience with Adobe's latest AI capabilities, including Firefly, GenStudio, Agentic AI, and AI-powered personalisation.
- Experience working with large enterprise B2C organisations.
