Senior AEM DAM Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days on-site/week)‍

Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)‍

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of AEM Assets in support of new digital products.
• Ensure asset configurations are optimized for performance, usability, and security.
• Collaborate with designers and front-end teams to create responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Implement and maintain secure workflows within AEM Assets to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Utilize Git-based version control for efficient code management and team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain RESTful web services to support system interoperability and data integration.
• Customize and configure AEM Assets to meet specific business and technical requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate AEM performance, proactively addressing issues and optimizing system behaviour.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional or integration challenges as they arise.
• Document key configurations and processes for transparency and future development.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of AEM experience, with a strong emphasis on AEM Assets / DAM.
• Proven ability to deliver in high-performance, detail-oriented environments.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and Java for front-end development.
• Expertise in configuring, testing, and securing AEM Asset workflows.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (e.g., GitBucket, GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Background in supporting complex product development initiatives within a technical ecosystem.
