This role focuses on designing and implementing Adobe Workfront solutions that improve how teams plan, manage, and deliver work. You will support organisations in optimising workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling scalable marketing and content delivery processes across enterprise environments.
You’ll work across a range of industries as part of a global Adobe-focused practice, helping teams adopt and extend Workfront and related technologies to better support marketing operations, content supply chain, and campaign execution.
What you’ll do
- Analyse and assess existing ways of working, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Configure Adobe Workfront to support efficient, scalable workflows and improved collaboration
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including setup, configuration, and deployment
- Deliver training sessions and ensure smooth transition through go-live and post-launch support
- Communicate clearly on configuration decisions, including feature use and customisation options
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and confidence in Workfront and connected tools
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (approx. 3+ years) in a lead or key delivery role
- Experience with Workfront Fusion, including building scenarios and automating workflows across systems
- Exposure to integrating Workfront with Adobe and third-party applications
- Certification in Workfront (Project Manager, Developer, or Fusion level; advanced certification beneficial)
- Strong understanding of project delivery, stakeholder engagement, or solution implementation work
- Ability to translate business needs into practical system configuration and workflow design
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, SIPOC, or structured problem-solving methods
- Experience identifying operational challenges and implementing scalable workflow solutions
- Strong examples of delivering end-to-end process or system improvements in complex environments
- Comfortable working in a configuration-led (low-code / no-code) solution environment
